  • Products not as per description/photo on the website.
  • Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues. 

Please note that any custom stitched product/order or customer made product/order exclusively for particular valued customer will not be considering for return or refund.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Flipozone.com. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Flipozone.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

Refund Policy


If, return is accepted then buyer get full or partial refund with shipping charge. shipping charge depends on claim.

Please not that any stitching products will not be considering for return or refund. 

If product is damaged or wrong, buyer gets return shipping charges too. If product is not damaged and as described in website, then we work with customer for good gesture. depends on nature of case, and for maintaining good relation with valued buyer.

Once we get product at our warehouse facility, we will immediately start processing your refund in 1 business day. in case logistic return / failure refund time frame may be extended.
